Solterra Resort is a destination resort home community near Orlando, Florida. BDG provided master planning consultation and permitting along with the full landscape architectural design of the community entries, streetscapes, park spaces, and resort clubhouse and amenity site. The amenity site provides a large pool with a waterfall and slide, a beach entry area, and a more refined adult area all within one 6,500 s.f. pool.
Tennis, Volleyball, Playground, and Formal Event Lawn are also included to provide a true resort experience to the owners and guests.
