Arrivas Village is a newly planned residential village within the Viera community in Brevard County. The community was planned utilizing distinctive courtyard style homes around a central preserved wetland. This walkable Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) community is just minutes from The Avenue Viera and the planned Town Center which will become a central gathering place for community events at its central park.
