Laurie A. Elder, RLA, ASLA is a Registered Landscape Architect motivated to create great places to live, work and play. She possesses many years of broad experience in various types of design from trails and greenways, corporate campus, hospital campus, office, commercial, retail and neighborhood communities of various scales.
Ms. Elder is a graduate of the University of Georgia and began her career in the Atlanta area before relocating to Orlando. Her past experience includes a role as a Project Manager at HGOR where she worked in the Workplace Studio and designed the Colonial Town Park office campus in Lake Mary. Additionally, she served as the Manager of Planning at Bower-Singleton & Associates (now Dewberry) for many years before joining BDG as an Associate Landscape Architect.
Laurie A. Elder, RLA, ASLA, Sr. Associate / Landscape Architect Ricardo Lanati is a Senior Associate / Landscape Designer in our Maitland Studio. Ricardo is a Registered Architect in the Dominican Republic (CODIA #14538) and Graduate of Florida International University’s Masters of Landscape Architecture program. He brings a vast portfolio of exceptional design work of Master Planned Communities and Resorts throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
His responsibilities include conceptual design, design development, preparation of construction documents, and graphics.
Ricardo Lanati, Senior Associate / Landscape Designer Ryan Mulroy is an Associate / Landscape Designer in our Maitland, Florida studio. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Florida and a Gator Band Alumni.

Ryan T. Mulroy , Associate / Landscape Designer Brett LaRue is talented addition to our team and serves as an Associate / Landscape Designer in our Maitland Studio. Brett is a graduate of the Iowa State University with a previous internship at EDSA.

Brett LaRue , Associate / Landscape Designer Lynzie Poole is an Associate / Landscape Designer in our Maitland, Florida studio. Lynzie is a graduate of the University of Idaho and is a Certified Sommelier.
Her past experiences as a designer for several leading firms in Colorado as well as her more recent experience as a playground design and project manager allow her to take on a wide range of creative responsibilities. She is involved with the conceptual design, design development, preparation of construction documents, and graphics within our studio.
Lynzie Poole, LEED AP , Associate / Landscape Designer Joshua McDevitt is member of our Class of 2023 and joins our team as an Associate / Landscape Designer in our Maitland Studio. Joshua is a graduate of the University of Delaware and a proud native of New Jersey.

Joshua McDevitt , Associate / Landscape Designer Luke Maddox is member of our Class of 2023 and joins our team as an Associate / Landscape Designer in our Maitland Studio. Luke is a graduate of the University of Georgia, an active rower, and Eagle Scout.
