Position Available – Entry Level Landscape Designer / Planner
Qualified candidates will be recent graduates with some office or construction experience who are excited to get started in the Landscape Architecture profession. Individuals will demonstrate strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and the flexibility of working within our different market sectors. We will provide a thorough orientation to the profession of Landscape Architecture including one-on-one mentoring from an experienced senior leader who will direct and coach your assignments. We want you to continue your education – we have on-the-job training, an in-house education program and budget for each individual’s outside education opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Project design and documentation
- Developing project management skills for numerous concurrent tasks
- Interpreting and applying municipal codes and regulations to design tasks
- Increasing client interaction
- Construction observation and administration
- Documentation production and coordination in a team environment
- Assisting with marketing proposal and presentation preparation
- Maintain accurate and timely timesheets
Qualifications
- BSLA or BLA degree
- Internship or relevant work experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
